From the supplier: Business concepts among Central and Eastern European executives have been deeply ingrained both socially and culturally. An intensive management training program is therefore needed to surmount such a socio-cultural barrier. The West has created an educational curriculum consisting of business courses in accounting and banking as well as an MBA program. The business education program aims to educate both the executives and the general population. Two examples of this program can be found in Czechoslovakia and Hungary operating with successful results.
